All bookings require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to scheduled event. In the event the final payment is not paid on time, a late fee will be applied to the final balance. Payments can be made via PayPal or Square, which will incur a 3.2% service charge.

There will be NO REFUNDS due to cancelation by the host. At TCBB's discretion, a rain date will be provided.

In a nearly impossible event of the venue and the occasion being refused an alcohol pass, the costs incurred in the liquor license application procedure will be repaid. Our fees are based on the number of adults and children, of guests, stated on the booking agreement. If there is a change to the number of people attending, either more.
