All bookings require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to scheduled event. In the event the final payment is not paid on time, a late fee will be applied to the final balance. Payments can be made via PayPal or Square, which will incur a 3.2% service charge.

There will be NO REFUNDS due to cancelation by the host. At TCBB's discretion, a rain date will be provided.

In a nearly impossible event of the venue and the occasion being refused an alcohol pass, the costs incurred in the liquor license application procedure will be repaid.
